Prophet Bushiri And Wife Have Left The Country To Malawi, Pushed All His Money Over There And More. Leader of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife have left South Africa and are in Malawi.

Bushiri and his wife travelled to Malawi despite surrendering all their travelling documents to authorities in South Africa after they were granted bail by Pretorial Magistrate Court in a case which they were charged of fraud and money laundering charges related to an investment scheme valued at about R102m.

The ECG Church leader confirmed that he and his wife in Malawi for what he called “safety and security”.

It’s alleged #Bushiri skipped the country with his wife, Mary, and they are “temporarily” in Malawi. The couple says it left the country because of safety and security issues since 2015. The major 1 says matters got worse when he just got out on bail.

[FRESH LEADS] Sources also tell @etvNewsSA that Bushiri allegedly pushed all his money into #Malawi. And that he did not submit his title deeds to the court. Furthermore they allege that the government of Malawi gave #Bushiri a diplomatic passport.

Bushiri is claiming he doesn’t feel safe in South Africa, this is the reason why it was good to keep him in Prison where he was safe. The state clearly said that Bushiri was a flight risk but the bail was granted anyway
